Who Am I?

I'm Linda Albuquerque, a designer specializing in UX/UI and Product Design from Portugal.

I create digital products using Figma or Affinity. I love trying out all kinds of art, like ceramics, painting, and drawing (even if I'm not the best at it) I've also dabbled in video editing, animation, photography, videography, typography, and editorial design.

While exploring different design and art forms, I fell in love with UX/UI and Product Design. I really enjoy finding problems and designing solutions because it means users get a better experience.

I love gaming in my free time and working on self-improvement, so that it can reflect positively on my work as well.

How I Work

Step 1

Understanding the user and the needs and frustrations that they are presenting is essential to find current problems and possible solutions.

Research

Step 2

Evaluating the collected data is one of the biggest step before starting to dwelve on design solutions. Understanding what I’m working with is crutial for a successful project.

Evaluate Data

Step 3

Defining focuses on clarifying the problem and gather the requirements that will guide the design. Insights from research are organized into clear goals, user needs, and constraints, creating a solid foundation.

Define Strategy

Step 4

Exploring and testing different design solutions is essential for reaching a well‑grounded final direction. This stage allows for a deeper analysis of what needs to be improved, what should be replaced, and which ideas best support the overall user experience.

Design Explorations

Step 5

Refining the chosen direction focuses on polishing details, improving consistency, and resolving remaining usability issues. At this point, layouts, interactions, and visual elements are adjusted with precision to ensure the solution feels cohesive, intuitive, and ready for implementation.

Refinements

Step 6

Ensures that final designs, documentation, and decisions are clearly communicated to everyone involved - developers, clients, and stakeholders. This step makes sure the solution is understood, aligned with expectations, and ready to move into implementation.
